moments, the samples reach the laboratory where they are automatically unloaded.

The system forms a closed circuit in which the carriers do not leave the system.

Evaluations regarding exact sampling time, transmission frequency and transmission time can be combined with analysis times in the laboratory, truck downtimes etc.

Semi-automated outgoing goods inspection 

The loading of the product samples into a Sumetzberger AutoUnload carrier takes place manually, however, unloading in the laboratory is carried out automatically and the empty tube is immediately returned to the home station. Thanks to this efficient carrier management, pneumatic tube carriers are always available at the sending stations and Laboratory personnel only need to remove the incoming samples from the AutoUnload Station and analysis can begin.

Manual outgoing goods inspection

Both the loading and unloading of the goods issue samples is carried out manually. The compact laboratory station has a departure memory and a direct dialling keypad for returning the empty tubes.
