The online orders are automatically recorded, processed and delivered by the fully automated picking machine. ID card secured access (MIFARE®, SKIDATA, LEGIC® etc) guarantees that only authorised personnel may remove the card. Complete documentation and traceability of every single delivery is given, with each step documented and recorded, from the receipt of the goods, to the handover of the medication to specialist staff at the pneumatic tube station. The withdrawal takes place with ID cards (MIFARE®, SKIDATA, LEGIC®,...) and is thus clearly assigned to each person with time and date.

Pharmacy robots enable the simultaneous picking, collection and delivery of medicines. Glass shelves manage all types of pharmaceutical products, regardless of their shape, size and weight, up to 2.5 kg, with storage requirements for durable and cooled medicines also managed.
